Boxing Day
Heat 1
Ben drew grid 19 - had a great run finishing in 5th place.
Heat 2
Ben some how got another rear draw and started off grid 17. He worked his way through the pack to finish 3rd.

Feature Race
Ben drew grid 11 and got a good start getting up to 3rd place but on turn one a car spun in front of Ben leaving him no where to go but crashing into the car as there was another car on the outside of Ben. Unfortunately the chassis was badly bent which forced him out of the completion of the feature. We got the chassis straightened the next day by Alan Wakeling in Auckland - Thanks Alan. The crew worked double time and by 9.30 that night the car was rebuilt and ready for racing on the 29th December. Thanks to Craig, Dave, Gary and Steve. Awesome Crew!
