Dash 1 Ben started on the front row with Carl Wilson - this race was over 6 laps. Ben finished 3rd. Main Feature Ben started 5th on the grid in the NZ's, the track conditions were not great and unfortunately on the last lap after a Palmerston North Car crashed into Las Meszaros - Ben had no where to go and unfortunately crashed into Las full noise with another car crashing into Ben from behind. Ben suffered a dislocated elbow - the bar protecting his arm taking a direct hit and being sheared off the car. The car has extensive damage and we are assessing our options to renew it if possible. We would like to congratulate Carl Wilson, Kerry Jones and Phil Game for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the NZ Championship. Great result. We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to all our sponsors who always support and back us. Thanks to all those people who came down through the night to wish Ben well and thanks also to those people who have sent emails wishing Ben a speedy recovery. We will be back as soon as possible.
